Information you can trust<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You\u2019re going to have a lot of questions along the way. Parents often look to their experienced friends and their own parents and family members for advice. And they go online.<\/p>\n

\u201cSome of the information on the internet can be helpful, but sometimes it can be conflicting or even harmful,\u201d said Dr. Vargas. \u201cAn important piece of advice is to develop your trusted sources.
