That\u2019s why you\u2019re here.<\/p>\n<p>Some little ones are more excitable and easily upset. Others are calm and easy-going by nature: <em>\u2018Easy babies.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Every child is different. One-of-a-kind. A unique person, growing and learning at their own pace, in their own special way.<\/p>\n<p>Recognizing your child\u2019s uniqueness is an essential part of being the best parent you can be.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/exBNPmu068I\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Nobody knows your child better than you. You\u2019re the expert on your family.<\/p>\n<p>What makes your child special? What do you admire about them?<\/p>\n<p>Maybe it&#8217;s their personality. Their words and sounds and expressions. Their sense of humor. Their little way of doing things. The new things they learn.<\/p>\n<p>Even with the stress and struggles of daily life, you probably notice those things all the time.<\/p>\n<p>When you notice something, it\u2019s because it\u2019s important.<\/p>\n<p>Paying attention to your child\u2019s strengths and skills and uniqueness makes your bond even stronger. And telling them what makes them special in your eyes builds their self-esteem.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThank you for the hug. I love how kind you are.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cYou always make me laugh.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cI noticed that you did that all by yourself. I\u2019m proud of you.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ftf-stg.magnetry.com\/resources\/positive-parenting\/\"><strong>Positive parenting<\/strong><\/a> is about doing your best for your child and your family. We can\u2019t handle every moment or situation perfectly. No parent does.
